Although Josh is not a Texas native he loves and appreciates everything Texas stands for. Josh went to college and graduated with a Fire Science Degree and EMT certification. He became a fire fighter for Cal Fire in the Napa Valley. He loved the fast paced environment and the being outdoors. But after 5 years in the fire service he was apart of an engine roll over accident and decided it was time for change. So in 2021 he and his wife left California and planted roots in Gilmer Texas.
Josh specializes in East Texas homes for sale, and East Texas properties for sale. Serving areas around Gilmer, Gladewater, Longview, Marshall, Pittsburg and surrounding areas. Josh’s entrepreneurial spirit always keeping busy. Along with realty he also owns a shirt printing business, Gunpowder & Ink. Where he specializes in Direct to Garment Printing and Direct to Film Printing. Josh enjoys working on his property, hanging out with his wife and mini donkeys or working with his wife on the weekends with their mobile Air Stream boutique that Josh renovated. Josh loves being outdoors and is an avid duck hunter. During duck season you can catch him out with his hunting partner Hunter, his 14 year old black lab.
