Brandon is a born and raised Texan with deep roots in the
panhandle, more specifically, Lubbock and Canyon. He would have been a
fifth-generation farmer and rancher but chose a career in public and civil
service that took him all over our great state. His life came full circle back
to agriculture when he met and married an Ag teacher and settled in Wichita
Falls to raise a family.
The West family enjoys sports and the outdoors like many
other families. Fall in Texas really only means two things: football and bird
hunting. Starting in September, you can find Brandon and his family either at a
Texas Tech football game or sitting on a dove bucket near a tank or milo field.
November through February you are likely to see them headed down the highway
looking for the next covey. No rest for the weary because softball season
starts the weekend quail season ends. When the family is not playing or
coaching softball you can find them at Lake Whitney chasing stripers in the
morning and sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Summer in Texas consists of
water balloon fights and snow cones. Then the cycle starts all over September
1st.
Brandon is a firearms instructor and a hunting guide. He’s
been chasing quail for over 30 years and guiding for almost 15. Through that
time, he has seen the stunning variety of land found in Texas. A couple of
years ago, he started receiving calls to guide hunts for prospective buyers on
ranches in the panhandle and West Texas. He soon realized that building
relationships and taking people on new adventures on their own land was an
addiction. He wanted to help make dreams come true. Now that he has joined forces
with United Country Real Estate, he can make your vision of a home or ranch a
reality.
He specializes in farms, ranches, country homes, hunting
land, and luxury homes. He has lived and/or guided all over the panhandle,
North Texas, and parts of the Hill Country. He will be able to help find what
you are looking for near Pampa, Amarillo, Plainview, Lubbock, Benjamin,
Seymour, Throckmorton, Vernon, Wichita Falls, Bowie, Decatur, Archer City,
Graham, Jacksboro, Mineral Wells, Weatherford, Valley Mills, Meridian, Whitney,
Hillsboro, and West. In the Texas Panhandle he services Potter, Randall, Carson,
Gray, Donley, Hall, Childress, Castro, Lamb, Hale, King, and Lubbock counties.
In and around North Texas, he serves Wichita, Wilbarger, Baylor, Clay, Archer,
Young, Jack, Stephens, Palo Pinto, Montague, and Wise counties. Between Fort
Worth and Waco, he serves Bosque, Hill, Hood, Erath, and Hamilton counties.
