McKinley Terry
REALTOR®
McKinley, born and raised in East Texas, moved back to the area in 2021 after getting his degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University. In 2018, he also earned his real estate license and has since worked as an assistant with his father, Jay, who is also a Realtor with United Country. Now, he is eager to serve clients more directly and assist in their property needs.
McKinley specializes in land sales, whether farm and ranch, residential, or recreational, and he has worked with clients in Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Upshur, and Smith Counties. Whether you are looking for your new home, hunting land, or an investment property for housing, timber, or grazing, he is ready to assist buyers and sellers. He is also passionate about first-time home buyers, wanting to assist people in their property journey to build equity and a brighter future for their families. With his degree from ACU, McKinley is constantly studying current real estate trends and effective marketing strategies to ensure that clients receive the most successful service in an ever-changing market.
When he isn’t working with clients, McKinley and his wife, Sarah, can be found exploring East Texas and beyond with their hound dog, Harper Lee (yes, named after the author). They love exploring state and national parks, and McKinley also loves fishing and hunting at his grandparents’ property in Marshall.
