With over 36 years of experience in the manufacturing
industry and 20 years as owner and CEO of the company he started in as a
trainee, Kevin’s focus has been bringing value to the customer as he has led
the business through all stages of growth.
Kevin’s passion for real estate began in 2008 with the
purchase of his first investment property. Since then, he has bought, improved,
and sold many homes, and has experience managing residential rental and
commercial properties. Kevin is a United Country Ranch Specialist and a United Country Hunting Properties Land Pro Powered by REALTREE. Kevin
specializes in ranch and farm properties, hunting properties, unimproved land
as well as country homes, Equine Properties and Residential Homes. As a native North
Texan, Kevin has a prolific knowledge of Denton, Grayson, Cooke Counties and
extending westward to the Panhandle and his knowledge of the areas will be highly beneficial to anyone looking to buy or sell property in these areas.
When he's not working, Kevin enjoys hunting all over Texas,
discovering new rivers to hone his fly-fishing skills and watching his
grandsons play sports. Most recently, Kevin has realized a childhood dream of
acting in a Western by being a background actor and can be seen in “1883” and also appeared in “Lawman-Bass Reeves”.
