Jay brings over 7 years of real estate expertise to United Country | H5 Auction & Realty, specializing in farm and ranch properties throughout East Texas. Before working in real estate, Jay enjoyed 28 years as a teacher and coach in Texas and Arkansas at the public, private, and collegiate levels. He has owned commercial real estate, purchased, renovated, and sold multiple residential homes, served as a property manager for out-of-state owners, and has extensive experience farming in East Texas, ensuring his familiarity with rural and agricultural properties.

As a former teacher, Jay also prioritizes personal education to strengthen his knowledge of local, state, and national trends in real estate. He is a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), Realtree United Country Hunting Properties, and the Land.com network of real estate experts. Leveraging cutting-edge marketing strategy and good, old-fashioned networking, Jay provides his buyers and sellers with the best possible service in East Texas.
