Barb Milstead has been a licensed Realtor® since 2016. Prior to being in real estate she traveled the US training and showing horses and later owned and operated an oil and gas construction company that operated in North Dakota. She is also currently a licensed Realtor® in Montana and has many contacts all along the Rocky Mountain front.
Barb specializes in Deep East Texas ranches for sale, horse properties, country homes with small and large acreage and homes in our rural communities . She is familiar with areas around Lufkin including Nacogdoches, Crockett, Huntsville, Corrigan, Centerville, Fairfield, Huntington, Palestine, Grapeland, Madisonville, Lake Livingston, and many other small towns. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. They are members at Weches Baptist Church in Weches, TX. She and her husband Jason enjoy raising, training and showing horses. The boys also keep her busy with 4-H, FFA and many sporting events all over Texas.
