I'm James
Dolezalek, a proud native of Grayson County, Texas, where I was raised on a
family farm and ranch. Growing up amidst the rolling fields and rugged
landscapes, I cultivated an outstanding work ethic and a deep appreciation for
the land.
My journey
led me to the U.S. Army, where I served as a Combat Medic and later, an Army
Nurse. Now, as a non-commissioned officer (NCO), my responsibilities include
ICU nursing and mentoring the next generation of dedicated soldiers. I am
passionate about nurturing their potential and helping them become exceptional
individuals.
In 2016, I
embarked on a career in real estate, specializing in land sales. Drawing upon
my intimate knowledge of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, I am committed to
maximizing the potential of each property, ensuring that it serves its highest
and best use.
My
dedication and expertise have been recognized with significant accolades. In
2022, I achieved the remarkable distinction of being ranked number 7 in sales
volume in the entire state of Texas with RE/MAX. Furthermore, I earned my
Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation in 2022, becoming one of only 617
ALCs in the entire country.
